Get Me Back aims to give you the headspace and time out to exercise virtually or face-to-face. Train in quiet and inspiring outdoor spaces allowing you to really escape life and regain control of your body, mind and fitness.

Sarah takes a rounded approach to building cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility but also coordination and balance, which can often be affected following cancer.

Whether you want to exercise on your own or as part of a group, Sarah's specialist experience ensures we tailor a safe and effective programme to suit you.

Having experienced cancer myself I can relate to how it feels when you lose control of your body. As a qualified cancer and exercise specialist, I design personalised programmes to safely support those with a cancer diagnosis before, during and after treatment.

Want to get back to exercising after cancer but not sure how? Looking to get fitter after treatment but need some specialist guidance? Join a small group of others wishing to do the same to understand the safest exercises to increase strength, fitness and flexibility after treatment. Available virtually via Zoom.

I don't believe in fad diets, it's all about everything in moderation. Let me help make simple changes to your diet to lose weight and/or gain muscle. Comes as part of a personal training package.
