A transformative long weekend of wellness, movement, nature, coaching, and great food in a private chalet in Chamonix, nestled in the stunning French Alps.
Cancer survivors and exercise specialists Sarah Newman (Get Me Back UK) and, Steph Lightfoot (Cancer Coach.me), have brought together an expert team to support your journey back to strength and wellness. Joined by chef/nutritionist Emma Lawrenson (The Nutritional Chef), our experts will guide you through a weekend of rebuilding fitness, improving nutrition and balancing your emotional well-being.
