Holly Adcock
Menopause Lifestyle Coach
At 37, Holly’s personal experience of medical menopause following breast cancer felt isolating and without clear options. She felt misunderstood, unheard and out of step with her peers. With many conventional treatments unavailable to her, she found herself having to search independently for ways to manage an accumulation of symptoms and unanswered questions. At times she felt exhausted trying to work out whether what she was experiencing was due to depleted hormones, medication side effects, or something more serious.
Determined to regain a sense of control, Holly began to explore more deeply what was happening to both her mind and body. She recognised that such profound and often unexpected changes require support on many levels: movement, connection, medical and nutritional guidance, and a safe space to talk openly about the impact of these shifts. From this came a focus on creating practical, sustainable systems to stop symptoms and emotions from becoming overwhelming.
Through coaching with Holly, clients can expect to feel:
Supported during a vulnerable period of life that often overlaps with demanding careers, raising children and caring responsibilities
Genuinely heard, with help to quiet internal self-doubt and external pressures
More in control of their symptoms and aware of the options available to them
Equipped with a personalised, practical coping toolbox
A renewed sense of clarity and purpose shaped by their experiences
Empowered to embrace change and see the potential for new beginnings
Alongside her coaching diploma from Optimus Coaching Academy, Holly has completed a full therapeutic skills course at Metanoia Institute, covering major counselling and psychotherapy approaches including Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis.
