Rosy Allan
Registered Nutritionist specialising in Oncology
Rosy is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, dedicated to empowering people to lead healthier lives through clear, evidence-based advice. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Public Health Nutrition from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she gained a deep understanding of the pivotal role nutrition plays in overall health and well-being.
In addition to her nutrition expertise, Rosy is a qualified CanRehab Level 4 Certified Specialist Instructor in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation. This dual skill set allows her to take a holistic approach, integrating both nutrition and physical activity to support clients in achieving sustainable health outcomes.
Rosy is also a breast cancer survivor. In 2023, her life changed unexpectedly with a diagnosis that tested her limits but also sparked a renewed passion for health and resilience. The experience not only strengthened her belief in the body’s capacity to recover but also reshaped her perspective on what it truly means to be well — embracing the journey as much as the destination.
Today, Rosy is committed to supporting others, particularly those recovering from cancer or working towards healthier weight management. Her personal and professional experiences combine to offer compassionate, practical, and motivating guidance for anyone ready to take positive steps towards their health.
Within the Get Me Back community, Rosy’s expertise and lived experience provide an invaluable source of knowledge, empathy, and encouragement. She understands the unique challenges of life after cancer treatment and works to create a supportive, understanding space where members can rebuild their health, regain confidence, and rediscover what their bodies are capable of — both through nourishing food choices and safe, effective physical activity.
