Victoria Pudney

Cancer Fitness Specialist

Vicky is a Cancer Rehabilitation and Clinical Exercise Specialist focusing her work on people who have had a cancer diagnosis and/or a common clinical condition.

After graduating from Manchester University, Vicky spent a decade working in the recruitment industry in both London and Sydney. When her second child came along she traded that in for a flexible, part-time job managing a large tennis and squash club locally. However, there was always a feeling of wanting to do something that was more impactful on people’s lives. Her son's cancer diagnosis in 2015 ended up being the catalyst for change and she made the decision to direct her passion for exercise and fitness into a career to help those affected by cancer or chronic conditions.

As well as working with clients 1-1 and running group classes, Vicky is part of a local cancer rehabilitation initiative (Can Move Bucks), has worked on the national SafeFit trial project and volunteers at her local Hospice.
