Service Description
If you’re unsure where to begin with strength training — this session gives you clarity. In this 45-minute one-to-one, we’ll assess how you move, how you stabilise, and how your body responds to load. We’ll take into account your treatment history, energy levels, joint mobility and any concerns you have. This session is about education and empowerment. You’ll learn: • How your body is currently functioning • What type of strength training will serve you best • How to progress safely and effectively • What your realistic next steps should be You’ll leave feeling reassured, informed and confident about how to move forward. - Prepare for cancer treatment - Maintain fitness during treatment and use exercise to manage side effects - Rebuild fitness after treatment Every person is different so working one-to-one ensures every exercise is personalised to your needs and goals.
Cancellation Policy
