Service Description
Following the fantastic response to our recent guest session, Holly Adcock will be joining us in a more permanent partnership to deliver a series of 90-minute, small-group coaching sessions designed to be supportive, practical and highly interactive. These sessions will not be lectures or workouts. Coaching is a guided, collaborative process where you explore your own goals and challenges, with structured support to help you move from ideas into action. In each 90-minute session we will work through: • A short overview of the topic • Personal goal setting • Exploring your reasons for wanting change • Looking at the options available to you • Collective discussion and suggestions to turn ideas into action • Identifying potential barriers and support systems • Agreeing first steps • Practical takeaway tips and key learnings The initial four-part series will focus on mindset shifts to help you overcome common barriers and create sustainable change in: Nutritional health and daily eating patterns (moving from “knowing what to do” to actually doing it consistently) Weekly exercise and general movement (building confidence, motivation and realistic routines) Stress management, sleep and fatigue (developing kinder, more supportive self-management strategies) Relationships and social connections during cancer recovery (strengthening confidence, communication and boundaries) This is not about being told exactly what to eat or how to exercise. It is about changing the way you think, plan and respond to challenges so that healthy choices become more achievable and sustainable in real life. In this workshop, Holly will explore how to reframe menopause, challenge limiting beliefs, and regain a sense of control when energy is low and emotions feel overwhelming. Expect a supportive, practical session focused on starting small, understanding values and motivations, and building tools that help you feel more confident, clearer, and better equipped to move forward. There’ll be space for reflection and questions, and the session will be recorded if you can’t attend live. Timings will be confirmed asap.
