MEMBERS RECIPES: High Protein Lunches

Many conventional “grab & go” lunches, such as sandwiches, are very low in protein. Whilst convenient, they do not help you fuel your body as it needs. We need enough protein to maintain and build muscle mass, to maintain bone mineral density, to build immune cells. Lunches that contain insufficient protein and an excess of carbohydrates can also contribute to mid-afternoon energy slumps by failing to keep our blood sugar levels stable.
