Service Description

As a qualified specialist in cancer and exercise rehabilitation I work with clients before, during and after cancer treatment to support them in using exercise to: - Prepare for cancer treatment - Maintain fitness during treatment and use exercise to manage side effects - Rebuild fitness after treatment Every person is different so working one-to-one ensures every exercise is personalised to your needs and goals.
