Building on our theme this month, join our very own Sarah for a free live webinar all about strength training after cancer. Sarah will be covering some of the most common topics around this subject including: 💪 Why is strength training so beneficial following a cancer diagnosis 💪 What kind of exercises are recommended 💪 When the best time to start strength training is 💪How to get started Sarah will also share, in a bit more detail, how she got started after her diagnosis, some of the obstacles she faced and what she hoped she had been told back then. There will also be time at the end for any questions you might have. The webinar will also be recorded and sent to anyone who registers, so even if you cannot join live, you will be able to re-watch it at your own time. We look forward to seeing you there!
